A unique opportunity for a passionate and talented Sous Chef to join us as we open our highly prestigious luxury care home Haddenham Park Care Home and Apartments in Haddenham, Aylesbury. Joining the hospitality team, this is an exceptional role for a truly exceptional Sous Chef!
The impact you will make.
● With your passion to bring joy to the dining experience for residents, you will support the Head Chef to mentor and develop a team to create beautiful, inviting and flavourful meals.
● Carefully crafting highly nutritious, balanced dishes that cater to multiple dietary needs will be something you're highly experienced in and dedicated to delivering.
● A natural with people of all ages, you'll be a part of developing a responsive dining experience, ensuring personal preferences and special occasions are catered for.
● Always inspired by the seasons, you and your team will bring a seasonal flavour to menus and daily specials to keep residents engaged and enjoying dining.
● With a sound commercial mindset, you will support the Head Chef ensuring your kitchen will be well managed aligning with budgets to minimise waste and maximise resources.
● Highly organised with excellent attention to detail - food safety, including temperature controls, stock management and cleanliness will be paramount to you.
● Teamwork in the hospitality and dining experience at Haddenham Park is a culture of collaboration, trust and passion to create something truly special for your residents.
