Magic, Memories & A Whole Lot of Team Spirit
At Majesticare, we value our team. That’s why each year, we press pause on our busy schedules to come together for a one-of-a-kind experience at our Majesticare Team Building Event - a celebration of teamwork, laughter, connection, and care.
This year’s Team Building took place at the stunning Hamps Hall and Barn, a charming countryside retreat that set the perfect scene for two unforgettable days of bonding, challenges, and a little bit of magic.
Day One: Teamwork in Action
We kicked things off with an action-packed day of team-building activities, designed to test our collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills. From the giant inflatable volleyball game to the human football table, there was no shortage of competitive fun (and hilarious moments!).
Teams worked their way through a variety of creative and challenging stations - including navigating tricky puzzle, paths over “lava” while balancing on beams, and even taking a spin on Segways. Each activity brought our teams closer together, helping us build trust and strengthen our bond in the most exciting way possible.
Evening Celebrations
As the sun set over the countryside, we swapped trainers for robes and ties, stepping into a world of wizardry with our Harry Potter-themed evening.
The night began with a Sorting Hat ceremony, where teams were sorted and welcomed into their “house” before participating in a fun-filled “position making” class (which may have looked like potion-making… but were actually delicious mocktails!) The atmosphere was filled with excitement and a touch of mischief as everyone embraced the theme with full spirit.
We followed this with a magical dinner under floating hats, glasses clinked in celebration, and heartfelt moments were shared by all. During our banquet in the 'great hall' we were entertained by the spellbinding tricks of our resident magician as well as our mystical caricaturist!
It was an enchanting night full of fun, surprises, and togetherness - one that truly captured the essence of what it means to be part of the Majesticare family.
Day Two
We rounded off the experience with an energetic Sports Day, taking things back to school-style fun with egg-and-spoon races, sack racing, hula hoop challenges, and an epic tug of war. Spirits were high, the competition was fierce (in the friendliest way!), and the laughter echoed across the fields.
A huge congratulations to Oaktree Court Care Home, who took home the grand prize! Their incredible teamwork, positive energy, and unwavering team spirit shone through every challenge - and their win was so well-deserved. They return home not just with the win, but with stronger connections and memories to last a lifetime.

Majesticare’s Team Building 2025 reminded us that when we work together, support one another, and bring our whole selves to the table - amazing things happen.
