What are the Star Awards?
The Majesticare Star Awards are our annual celebration of the incredible individuals who make up our Majesticare Family. Each year, team members and stakeholders nominate the shining stars who have gone above and beyond in their roles, recognising their passion, dedication, and impact.
Finalists are invited to an unforgettable evening of true Majesticare magic, where glamour meets wonder, and surprises await at every turn. From Narnia’s Winter Wonderland to the Majesticare Circus and a Star Wars Extravaganza, each year unveils a new and unforgettable theme.
This year’s celebration will take place on Thursday 4th December, as we gather once more to honour the stars who make Majesticare shine brighter than ever.

2025 Awards Categories
This award is presented to the home that actively works with and inspires the next generation of our workforce. This home nurtures potential, providing opportunities for students to shine through work experience and encouraging them to choose a fulfilling career in care. They fully embody the Majesticare values within their home and recognize the incredible value of engaging with and empowering the younger generations.
This award recognises the often-unsung heroes of Majesticare - the dependable, humble team members who may not seek the spotlight but are essential to everything running smoothly. These individuals show up day in and day out, consistently embodying Majesticare’s values with quiet strength, reliability, and grace.
This award will be presented to the individual who consistently goes above and beyond expectations in their role. This award is to be given in recognition of this person's dedication to always go the extra mile.
This award recognises an individual or team that has sparked exceptional positive change within Majesticare.
Whether through innovation, people-first thinking, or a deep commitment to creating a culture where everyone can thrive, the recipient of this award leaves a lasting impact on their home, their team, and the wider Majesticare family.
This person or team radiates energy, passion, and purpose, igniting those around them to do and be better.
This award is presented to the individual or team that ensures our homes stay in tip-top shape. Prioritising safety, whilst being able to fix almost anything! This individual or team ensures everything within the home is in working order, with a bounce in their step and a smile on their face. The individual or team awarded should fully encompass the Majesticare values within their role/roles.
This award will be presented to the individual, or team who is able to demonstrate their creative flare in the kitchen. Their presentation and flavour combinations are inspiring, people are excited by what you cook and enjoy each and every mouthful. The individual or team awarded should fully encompass the Majesticare values within their role/roles and pride themselves on providing an excellent quality of life for residents.
This award will be presented to the individual, team or home who is able to demonstrate either an individual/team who spreads joy and happiness wherever they may be or a moment of pure hilarious happiness that has occurred. This award is only serious when it comes to celebrating happiness - so be as creative in your nominations as possible.
This award will be presented to the person or team who provides an excellent service within their Home. This individual or team takes pride in their home and their work, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment, and engaging with visitors and residents. The individual or team awarded should fully encompass the Majesticare values within their role/roles and pride themselves on providing an excellent quality of life for residents.
This award recognises the Head of Departments who keep the structure of the home teams together and provide the foundations which build continuous improvement. It recognises how through their team work approach & ethos they implement forward thinking strategy to achieve collective goals. This team can demonstrate how, only by working collectively, they achieve the best results for the home, residents and team.
The award seeks to acknowledge and celebrate a new member of your team who ideally joined Majesticare or began a new role within Majesticare in the last 12 months. This individual will be recognised for their quick contribution, fresh thinking and positivity and will have been recruited or promoted based on both their personal values & Majesticare’s values.
This award is designed for a person or team who can demonstrate that they have an excellent understanding of the resident’s mental and physical wellbeing & the importance of a healthy lifestyle reflecting on mind, body and soul. This person or team are dedicated to person-centred care and are passionate to encourage a whole home approach towards enhancing resident lives, they particular attention to promoting our ‘Continue Being Me’ ethos.
This award goes to the team or individual who looks to recognise their peers and encourage others within their team to do the same. They are positive about recognising the efforts of those around them and look to promote and embed recognition as part of the home’s culture.
This award is for an individual or team that best demonstrates their shared values and goals in line with Majesticare’s vision to create outstanding places where people love to live and work.
The team or individual will have a meaningful connection with residents, a passion for improving and maintaining resident wellbeing, and will continuously inspire and support others to achieve greatness. Through a whole-home approach to Majesticare’s ethos of ‘Continue Being Me’ this person or team clearly demonstrates their understanding of person-centered careThis award is for a supervisor, senior care worker, team leader, deputy manager or manager who has shown a clear commitment to improving the delivery of care and support within their team. Someone who has shown great leadership qualities through reflecting on what could be improved and supporting their teams to affect positive changes in line with Majesticare’s vision and values.
This award is for the team member who is always looking for new adventures. They lift the mood of their team and residents with unique ideas, approach tasks with imagination and positivity, and are constantly thinking of new ways to improve the home, workflow, and team cohesion.
This award celebrates the home, team, or individual who shines in bringing people together and sharing the spirit of Majesticare with the wider community. It recognises those who consistently show creativity, imagination, and passion - whether through community events, partnerships, or social media - by sparking joy, inspiring connection, and showcasing the heart of who we are.
Nominate the home, team, or individual you feel goes above and beyond to connect with the community and create moments of togetherness, both inside and outside the home.
This award is presented to a selfless individual who dedicates their time to making a real difference to residents. Bringing their own passions and hobbies into the home this individual volunteers their time in the home whilst embodying Majesticare's core values.
