Your Day-to-Day:
- Collaborate closely with residents, families, and your incredible Majesticare team to provide top-notch, person-centered care.
- Create a safe, welcoming environment that supports the physical, emotional, and social needs of each resident.
- Develop and maintain high-quality, individualized care plans that promote independence, choice, and dignity.
- Ensure safe handling and administration of medications in line with NMC guidelines.
- Step up to oversee the home and supervise your compassionate team in the absence of the Home Manager or Clinical Manager
- Deliver personal nursing care with unparalleled kindness and consistency.
Your Skills & Experience:
- RGN/RMN Qualified with an active NMC Pin (Essential).
- Experience with care planning, assessment tools, and resident needs assessment (Preferred).
- Understanding of the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards.
- Proven ability in audit management (Preferred).
- A natural people person with strong relationship-building skills.
