Majesticare Star Awards 2025

Each year, the Majesticare Star Awards bring our entire Majesticare family together to do one very important thing: celebrate our people. It’s our annual opportunity to recognise the passion, dedication, and heart shown by our incredible teams across the organisation and we like to do it in true Majesticare style.

What makes the Star Awards so special is that no two years are ever the same. Every event is built around a carefully crafted theme designed to completely immerse our teams in a shared experience. From the wonder of our Majesticare Circus, to journeys through Narnia, and even adventures in a galaxy far, far away, each year has left its own unforgettable mark.

A Journey Beyond Expectations

This year, however, we took things to an entirely new level.

We transported our teams, sponsors, and guests to the stunning Shottle Hall in Derbyshire, transforming the historic venue into a truly magical land. From the moment guests arrived, it was clear this was no ordinary awards evening , it was the beginning of an adventure.

The night opened with a spectacular drone show, carefully choreographed and paired with a captivating story that guided everyone on a journey of imagination. As the story unfolded in the sky above us, the grand finale revealed our extravagant theme, accompanied by a soulful saxophonist playing “Somewhere Over the Rainbow”. It was a moment that stopped everyone in their tracks and set the tone for the night ahead.

Welcome to Kansas… and Beyond

Guests began their adventure in Kansas, greeted by Dorothy and Toto, surrounded by tractors and hay bales that brought the scene to life. From there, they were swept up into the chaos of a whirling tornado, symbolically carrying them far, far away from Kansas.

Passing through a shimmering rainbow curtain, guests arrived in Munchkinland, where they were welcomed by bubble fairies, flowers, butterflies, and the Good Witch herself. This colourful world marked the beginning of the Orange Brick Road.

Dorothy led guests along the road, collecting familiar friends along the way, the Scarecrow, Cowardly Lion and Tin Man.

The adventure continued through the enchanting Poppy Field, dusted with snow and oversized whimsical poppies, before finally arriving in the magical land of Oz.

An Evening of Wonder and Celebration

Upon reaching Oz, guests were greeted by a cast of characters and creatures inspired by Wicked, setting the stage for a night filled with surprises. The evening kicked off with an incredible dog show, as guests took their seats alongside Dorothy and her loyal Toto.

Throughout the night, the space came alive with magical elements at every turn, from spellbinding magic performances and nostalgic popcorn stands to candy floss clouds and flowing Prosecco.

Majesticare's Star Awards

The heart of the evening, of course, was the Star Awards themselves. Each winner was whooped and cheered to the stage to collect their fabulous award. Let's see who our wonderful winners were...

These moments were a powerful reminder of the incredible people who make Majesticare what it is: compassionate, dedicated, and always striving to go above and beyond.

The Best Disco Oz Has Ever Seen

Once the final award had been presented, it was time to celebrate in true Oz-style. Big Ian (the Lion) led everyone onto the dance floor, kicking off what can only be described as the best disco Oz has ever seen. Laughter, dancing, and pure joy filled the room as teams celebrated together late into the night.
