The lights are on. The stage is set. And it’s time for some very special people to step into the spotlight.

Across Majesticare, every home and every team is filled with stars.

They’re the people who bring happiness to an ordinary Tuesday. The people who notice the little things. The people who make others feel safe, supported and believed in. The people who bring ideas to life, lift those around them and give that little bit more simply because they care.

Some shine loudly. Others shine quietly behind the scenes.

But every single one helps make Majesticare what it is.

And while every Majesticare home is full of stars, this year there are some whose light has shone so brightly that they simply had to be recognised.

Following this year’s nominations, we are incredibly excited to reveal the finalists of the Majesticare STAR Awards 2026!

Every Home. Every Team. Full of Stars.

The STAR Awards may give us a very special evening to celebrate, but recognition at Majesticare is about much more than trophies and titles.

It is about noticing people.

The person who makes somebody smile when they need it most.

The colleague who notices when somebody needs a helping hand.

The person who has an idea and has the courage to run with it.

The leader who helps somebody else discover what they are capable of.

The person who keeps going quietly behind the scenes, never expecting recognition at all.

Every nomination tells a story.

A story of Heart. Happiness. Trust. Family. Adventure.

And while today we celebrate our finalists, we also celebrate every person who was nominated and every person across Majesticare who chooses, day after day, to make somebody else’s experience that little bit better.

To everyone recognised this year: Thank you.

And to the Majesticare STAR Awards 2026 finalists…

Your moment has arrived.
